What are your needs?
- Completely flexible class length.
- Classes to accommodate a broad range of
abilities assuming that most participants will be at a beginners
level unless advised otherwise.
- Simple but powerful sessions for participants
with or without equipment (i.e. yoga mats) and in everyday or
exercise clothing (for delegates staying overnight).
- More challenging classes where the ability
of participants is known.
- Classes with simple remedies for those
with back neck & shoulder pain, headaches, insomnia etc.

Class Options
Option 1 - An early morning yoga class
before conference of 30 to 60 minutes. Only suitable for delegates
staying overnight.
Option 2 - During a session. A 10
to 20 minute class to ease tensions and stimulate concentration
during long morning or afternoon sessions where delegates are sitting
for long periods.

Option 3 - An evening class of any length
between 30 and 75 minutes to relax delegates and facilitate assimilation
of information received throughout the day.
Option 4 - Delegates can request one on one regular
class or address particular themes such as back pain, insomnia etc.

At conference any equipment needed
will be provided if appropriate.
