	Yoga Workshops & Holidays

		Regular workshops for those wishing to extend their practice. These yoga days and workshops are a chance to explore the postures in greater detail. They offer a chance to have a much deeper and longer lasting experience of yoga and to provide a stepping stone to more advanced levels of practice. The yoga days will also give an opportunity to have a longer relaxation period which is useful in itself and also gives students an experience of a meditative state.
	Eligibility - Not suitable for absolute beginners of Iyengar Yoga, pregnant ladies or medical cases (see Yoga and Health link) a knowledge and appreciation of Iyengar yoga methods is recommended.
