Yogaloka - Yoga Workshops @ North Surrey Centre for Iyengar Yoga


	Yoga Workshops

		Regular workshops for those wishing to extend their practice are now running at the North Surrey Centre for Iyengar Yoga (NSCIY). These yoga days and workshops are a chance to explore the postures in greater detail. They offer a chance to have a much deeper and longer lasting experience of yoga and to provide a stepping stone to more advanced levels of practice. The yoga days will also give an opportunity to have a longer relaxation period which is useful in itself and also gives students an experience of a meditative state.
	Eligibility - Not suitable for absolute beginners of Iyengar Yoga, pregnant ladies or medical cases (see Yoga and Health link) a knowledge and appreciation of Iyengar yoga methods is recommended.
	2008 Dates, Now being held at NSCIY 11th May - General / Intermediate, Theme-Shoulders including strengthening the back to support and relieve pressure from the neck and shoulders. 29th June - General / Intermediate Theme -Hips Times: Sundays 10:00 to 13:00 Payment In person or use PayPal here £24 per workshop. What to bring: The centre is fully equiped but you my wish to bring your own mat.
